We had a fun afternoon wandering around Roberts Farm Preserve taking photos of him and his friend. After all, they've spent a good portion of their high school years up there! We're pleased with how the shots came out, although portrait photography would not be considered my strong suit. Thankfully my niece is great at cleaning up with Photoshop and it looks awesome!

Freedom Run 10k

He raced with his coach and several other members of his cross-country team at a local race to benefit the Oxford Hills Christian Academy - the Freedom Run 10k. They entered the team challenge and won an awesome trophy for being the fastest team! Coach was very pleased.

Soldier's Pace Canicross @ Smiling Hill Farm

This weekend we borrowed a friend's sled dog so that he could race in a big canicross race. He had a blast, and came in third place!

Controlled chaos would be the best description for the start of a canicross race!  Or, maybe not quite so controlled...

Lake Auburn Half Marathon, 5k and Kids Fun Run

Every race is fun to capture because there are so many stories. This race had more than most. Maybe it was the weather? It was fierce at times! There were times that I wondered if it was worth it to stand there under an umbrella as lightning lit up the sky, but then I pulled up all of these great images and many, many more!
